Justin Jenardo Harris was arrested Tuesday after ejaculating on a woman shopping with her daughter at a South Florida Walmart.

The incident occurred in the paint section of the Walmart at 17650 NW Second Ave in Miami Gardens.

The victim reported Harris to an off-duty officer, stating that she noticed Harris “brush up against her” and asked, “What did you just do to me? Did you take a picture of me?”

Harris responded, “What would I do that for?” and walked away, according to police. Then, when the woman turned around, her daughter pointed to a “white creamy substance on the back of her left butt cheek.”

Harris was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, a misdemeanor.

Police said Harris banged his head so hard and so many times on the plexiglass divider in the officer’s vehicle that he broke it, causing over $1,000 in damage and leading to a felony charge of criminal mischief.

He is being held in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $2,500 bond.
